Epilepsy Research Studies

Research is the only way that we can improve the outlook for children with epilepsy.

Research provides a new understanding of why your child has this condition and what can be done to make it better, cure or prevent it in the future.

Our research is aimed at understanding the basic level of cause and mechanism, as well as the clinical level of symptom management. We use a variety of methods including genetics and neuroimaging, neuropsychological assessments and clinical investigations.

Here you will find outlines of our main research projects and how to get involved. If you are interested and would like to learn more, simply register and someone from our research team will contact you.
